These terms are a binding agreement between you and Ruthwest Limited covering your use of JobSwipe. Please read section 5 carefully — it is where you authorise JobSwipe to send email from your Gmail account on your behalf.
By signing in to JobSwipe, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

JobSwipe indexes publicly available job listings and lets you review them one at a time. When you swipe right on a role, JobSwipe drafts an application email using your CV and the job description, and sends it from your own email account to the employer's published application address.
JobSwipe is a tool that acts on your instruction. It is not an employment agency, recruiter, or careers adviser, it does not represent you to employers, and it does not guarantee that you will receive a reply, an interview, or a job. We are not a party to any relationship between you and an employer.
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal working age in your country. You must provide accurate information about yourself, and you must be legally permitted to apply for the roles you apply to.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for all activity that happens under your JobSwipe account. Tell us promptly at support@myopportunity.site if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
JobSwipe requests only the permissions it needs: your basic identity, and permission to send mail
(gmail.send). It does not request and cannot obtain the ability to read, search, modify or delete anything
in your mailbox.
You may disconnect your Google account at any time inside JobSwipe, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so immediately ends our ability to send email as you. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
This is the core permission you are granting. By enabling automatic applications, you instruct and authorise JobSwipe to compose and send emails from your Gmail account, in your name, to employers, without showing you each message before it is sent.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We keep a record of your consent — the wording, the time, and the IP address and browser you consented from — as evidence that sending was authorised.
You must not use this feature to send unsolicited bulk email, to misrepresent who you are, or in any way that breaches anti-spam law applicable to you, your recipients, or Google's own bulk sender and program policies. Doing so may cause Google to restrict your own account, which is outside our control.
Application emails and the structured profile taken from your CV are produced with the help of an AI model. We run automated checks before sending — rejecting drafts with unfilled placeholders, drafts that are too short or too long, and drafts that do not address the role — but AI output can still be inaccurate, incomplete, or poorly judged.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what is sent in your name. We strongly recommend reviewing your generated profile and your sent applications, both of which are visible in the app. If you are not willing to accept that risk, do not enable automatic sending.
You keep ownership of your CV and everything else you provide. You grant Ruthwest Limited a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, adapt and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — that is, to parse your CV, draft applications, and send them to employers you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for messages already sent.
You confirm that the content you provide is accurate, is yours to provide, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You must not:
JobSwipe depends on third-party services, including Google for sign-in and mail delivery and Anthropic for AI drafting, and displays job listings published by employers and job boards. We do not control those services or listings, do not verify that any listing is genuine, current or accurate, and are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or for how an employer handles your application and CV once it is received.
JobSwipe is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to failures in systems we depend on. We do not guarantee that any application will be successfully delivered.
You may stop using JobSwipe at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@myopportunity.site. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Sections 7, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobSwipe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are accurate, that applications will be delivered or read, or that using JobSwipe will result in employment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruthwest Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunities, employment, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of JobSwipe — including any email sent, not sent, delayed, or sent with inaccurate content, and any action taken by Google in relation to your account.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruthwest Limited against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from content you provide, or from your misuse of the sending feature — including claims brought by recipients of email sent from your account.
JobSwipe is available internationally. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, where Ruthwest Limited is established, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you use JobSwipe, including any laws governing the email you send.
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use JobSwipe after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
